ACA’s Glen Frost interviews author and international lawyer, Bruce Zagaris, to discuss the recent Government Accountability Office (GOA) report on FATCA on tax compliance, the impact it has on Americans living abroad, and on financial institutions globally.
Glen Frost serves on the ACA Executive Committee and is an Assistant Legal Counsel. Mr Frost is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and holds an LL.M in taxation and is a managing partner of a Washington DC metropolitan area based tax law firm.
Bruce Zagaris is an author and international lawyer who reports and writes for the International Enforcement Law Reporter (IELR). Since 1981, he has represented foreign governments in international tax and financial services. He is partner with Berliner Corcoran & Rowe LLP in Washington DC and is a former lecturer with the University of the West Indies Faculty of Law.
